4th Annual Sink Hunger Family Relays
Sunday July 19th at the Holmdel Pool Club - Arrive: 7:15AM – Warmup 7:30AM to 8:00AM - Races Start 8:00AM – Meet finished by 10:00AM
We will be making ALL the relays at the meet again this year so you just come on Sunday and we will get everyone into relays (no RSVP). If you can't make this meet you do NOT have to let me know.
All grandparents that race will get a REALLY cool T-shirt!
Entry Fee – One Non perishable food item per event.
All donations will be given to local food banks. Non perishable food items will be collected at the door on July 19th
Ribbons given to each heat - first through sixth (will have six lanes per heat – so everyone gets to take home a ribbon!)
Meet Events (same as last year) In all the relays each swimmer will swim one length of the pool of any stroke they want - anything that will get you to the other side of the pool!):
- Eight and Under Assisted Relay - Relay consists of three eight and unders (boys or girls) and one assistant coach
- Grand Relay - Two 18 and unders, and two 99 and unders. MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE GRANDPARENT (relay can be comprised of one or two families)
- 9/10 Assisted Relay - Relay consists of three 9/10s (boys or girls) and one assistant coach
- 11 through 18 mixed relay (any combination of 11 through 18 year old swimmers)
- Family Relay - Two 18 and unders and two 99 and unders. MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE PARENT (relay can be comprised of one or two families)
- Friends and Family Relay - Four 99 and unders
