TEAM COMMUNICATION AND ROSTERS

There are three “mailboxes” for the team. These mailboxes will be located on a table in the snack bar area during each practice. Please be sure to check it frequently, this is where your swimmer’s personal best ribbons will be placed. A majority of our communications now occur through email but hard copies of forms are placed in the mailboxes as well.

MEET/PRACTICE CANCELLATIONS:

Notification of any cancellations will occur through EMAIL ONLY.

The emails will come from either the head coach (from his e-mail or the Swimtopia site) or the Recreation Office.
